Here is a healthy recipe for a great alternative to store bought protein bars. Make sure you read the label when you buy store bought bars. Some are like eating a candy bar, but others aren’t too bad for you. I try to eat protein bars sparingly, like when I’m on the go. Otherwise, I’m sticking to my Whole30 way of living as best I can.
